HEATING CABLES ELK^®

Eltrace heating cables are elements that permit to resolve many parts of heating problems from simple frost protection to temperature maintain at 800°C and for tensions up to 1000 V. These elements can be factory-finished or finished on site.

Use : ‑ Frost protection. ‑ Container temperature maintains. ‑ Tanks and hopper heating. 
‑ Antenna heating. - Pipes and apparatus re-heating.   

Advantages :‑ Flexible element PVC, silicone, FEP, PTFE, ‑ Small dimensions.‑ Suitable cold lead.

The range of heating cables and thread is defined by the available resistance (Ohms/m) which determines length and tension characteristics.

Type : ELK-PVC
Available for low temperatures with maximum power of 20 W/m.
Type : ELK-S
Available for average temperatures. Very high flexibility, it permits to adapt to all configurations.
Type : ELK-E
Available for average temperatures. Very high resistance to chemical products. Approved for use in explosive atmosphere.
Type : ELK-A , ELK-PTFE
Available for temperature to 250°C. Excellent resistance to chemical products. Approved for use in explosive atmosphere.
Type : ELK-MI-..
Available for high temperature. It admits high power to 200 W/m. Approved for use in explosive atmosphere.
