BlueTrace is an accurate and energy economic microcontroller based electric heating controller that is suitable for various heating applications. BlueTrace is especially designed for trace heating. BlueTrace is a single-point controller, i.e. it is capable of handling one heating circuit. Remote control from PC is available via data bus (Rs-485) or local area network (Ethernet). The main circuit is switched by a solid state relay (semi-conductor) that has no mechanical parts that wear out and it enables power adjustment.

BlueTrace is a single circuit electric heating controller for 1 or 3-phase heaters. It features automatic condition monitoring of the heater and controller, load and leakage current monitoring and total energy consumption recording. BlueTrace has intelligent and stepless power control algorithm that gives out only the necessary heating power. There are 2 programmable voltage inputs and outputs for alarm forwarding and special heating features that save time and electricity.

Description

BT-300-1, is 1-phase, 300mm tall controller for single heating circuit.

BT-300-3, is 3-phase, 300mm tall controller for 3-phase heaters.

BT-400-1, is 1-phase, 400mm tall controller that has extra coupling room for external safety contactor.

BT-400-3, is 3-phase, 400mm tall controller for 3-phase heaters and extra coupling room.
