Construction PTFE internal flexible line for the transport of liquids and gases. Armature consisting of one or two stainless steel braids guaranteeing pressure resistance. Hydraulic connectors mounted at ends of flexible line manufactured of very high quality material. Heat element wound around PTFE tube to ensure heating and temperature maintenance. The computer calculates the length and resistance. Interconnecting cables between the two ends of the flexible line for information (temperature) and power transfer. Thermal insulation adapted to operating temperatures and conditions. External braid for mechanical protection. Special assembly to prevent subsequent removal. Flexible line ends provided with silicon rubber protection fittings to ensure technically clean termination. Temperature sensor ( PT100, thermocouple,…) connected to electronic regulator maintaining transported product temperature, even for outside temperature variations. The flexible heating line meets the current standards.
