The regulators have a 4-digit digital display. Three keys are sufficient to control the equipment. Gradient functionThe gradient function can be increasing or decreasing (raising or lowering the setpoint). The setpoint, modified at moment t0, is the final value of the gradient. The gradient starts with the setpoint at time t0. The gradient slope is adjustable and is positive or negative depending on the ratio between the setpoint at moment t0 and SP. On equipment energizing, the gradient function starts with the current value. Self-optimizationSelf-optimization automatically adapts the regulator to the regulation chain to ensure that the regulator is used under optimum conditions without any particular knowledge in terms of regulation. Self-optimization defies the regulation parameters for PI and PID regulators (proportional band, integral time drift) and for the duration of the periods and time constant of the digital input filter.
