Le concept de bâtiment basse consommation (BBC) repose sur l’utilisation de matériaux et d’équipements économes en énergie. Parce qu’il vise une consommation énergétique moindre, le bâtiment basse consommation permet d’alléger très significativement le montant des factures, ainsi que les émissions de CO2.
La consommation énergétique maximale d’un bâtiment basse consommation neuf est limitée à 50 kWh/(m2.SHONRT)/an (les objectifs de consommation varient
toutefois en fonction de la zone climatique et de l’altitude).
Le label BBC et la RT2012 définissent les nouvelles exigences de la réglementation de demain. Afin de s’y adapter, nous avons conçu MX48 : un bâtiment basse consommation étant mieux isolé, la puissance nécessaire pour chauffer la maison est donc moins élevée. Il fallait donc un câble qui puisse s’adapter à des besoins en chauffage moins importants !
Grâce au principe de la bi puissance 40 ou 80 W/m2, vous pouvez couvrir 100 % de la surface et améliorer le confort avec une sensation de bien être supérieure.
La trame de plancher rayonnant électrique est constituée d’un câble chauffant à double conducteur, monté sur un mince treillis en fibre de verre pré-encollé.
L’élément chauffant MX48 (deux puissances sur le même câble 40 + 40 W/m²) est livré avec une liaison froide de 2,5 m.
La jonction de la liaison froide de chaque trame est réalisée en usine par soudure et indiquée par un marquage spécifique sur la gaine extérieure du câble SPLICE.
Le MX48 est constitué de 2 résistances et 1 retour.
La terminaison est 100% étanche et réalisée en usine.
La liaison froide est signalée par *********** sur gaine extérieure du câble.
Tolérance de résistance: -5 / +10 %.
Classe IP: IPX7.

GELTRACE™ range is used for the frost protection of pipes. In the protigel™+ version, the thermostat automatically switches on the tape when the temperature falls under +5°C. It enables substantial energy savings and offers in complement the advantages and the safety of a self-regulating tape.

It allows steam cleaning in pipes. The heating element, the insulation and the outer jacket of the ESR-H-BOT are made of fluoropolymers.
The Fluoropolymer is Used as an outer jacket, this material offers increased protection against chemicals
and abrasion.
The heating power of the conductive heating element increases or decreases depending on the ambient
temperature. The self-limitation takes effect at every point along the heating tape. The heating power
adapts to the varying ambient temperatures.

The ESR-BOT tape is a self-limiting heating tape for applications for general protection against freezing in pipes. An additional layer connected to the heating element (bonded jacket) increases the effect of the electrical insulation and provides additional protection against moisture.
Fluoropolymer is used as an outer jacket, this material offers increased protection against chemicals
and abrasion. Fluoropolymers are also UV-resistant.
